Brian is a notable force in the residential building industry with extensive knowledge across intersecting industries including environmental and sustainability impacts, water and wastewater, and energy efficiency.
A member of the Master Builders Association and the Institution of Engineers, Australia, Brian is passionate about construction management, and specialises in insurance inspections and repairs, investigations, and residential construction.
Brian is committed to meaningful and long-term client relationships, with an emphasis on attaining superior results and constantly developing the team’s performance and ability to achieve them. He considers Bolt Building more than a business, but a daily inspiration that put client needs before profits, and is committed to providing opportunity to individuals, across trades.

With his experience in managing high volumes of work and multiple contractors across a broad range of state-wide locations, Ramez oversees the operational arm of Bolt Building.
As a father and family man, he brings close knit family values and strong leadership to the Bolt Building team, with a vision to be bigger and better each day, fostering the importance of collective skills and knowledge in the office and onsite.
