This is a full-time position that requires the successful applicant to have a minimum of 3 years of experience working autonomously, multi-trade, assessing, quoting, and providing scope of works for maintenance, remedial repairs, and upgrades. You will be reporting directly to the contract administrator and the operations manager.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Site inspections
- Multi-trade hands-on repairs
- Compiling scopes of works
- Composing and pricing quotes
- Meeting weekly targets
- Liaising with customers, team members & tradespeople
- A current drivers license (manual)
- Strong attention to detail
- An understanding of construction and maintenance practices
- An ability to assist with minor project/site management where needed
- Able to use iPhone for entering & updating information
- Experience in Simpro is highly regarded
- Working with Children’s check
- Police check
- White card
